Your creativity, talent and experience is what makes you so valuable. It’s your brand and your creativity that make you and your products unique. This means that your website is one of the most important assets your business has. It’s your window to tell the world who you are and to showcase what you do so well.

Your website should focus on your brand and what makes you and what you create so valuable. It should be a marketing and selling engine crafted to nurture your brand to reach its fullest potential. And it needs to have quality support so you can be sure your website will continue working seamlessly for you.

Let me take care of your website so you can take care of business.

As my business has grown so have the needs of my website. I was very nervous of changing my host. Colin at cptcreative not only created a beautiful, fresh website that reflected exactly what I wanted for my brand, but he dealt with the technical side of everything, seamlessly transferring my emails, organising the payment systems and helping me not to fear those dreaded words… SEO!

Why choose cpt creative?

All projects start with a questionnaire followed by a conversation. I get to know you and your business requirements better so I deliver the best solution for your businesses. You'll get…

A website that's uniquely designed to focus on your brand

A website that's securely hosted and includes an SSL certificate

A website that's constantly monitored for viruses, malware and outside attacks

A website that will free up your time so you can concentrate on your business.

My 6 Step Process

In this initial consultation stage, I'll collect information through an online questionnaire and after I have analysed the results and decided if we are a good fit, we'll have a conversation to discuss your project requirements before moving on to the next stage of planning.

In the planning stage, I'll create and send a detailed proposal, explaining how your website will solve your problems and implement your requirements. I'll then plan the layout and navigation of your site for the main pages, for both desktop and mobile. It's then on to designing.

In the designing stage I'll collect your content and organise how this will be inserted into your website's structure. I'll then design your website so that it looks and feels beautiful by adding design elements like the header, footer and navigation before moving on to the developing stage.

The developing stage is all about the coding. This will involve installing and setting up your WordPress website on the live server along with installing any required plugins. Before I launch your website you will be sent a preview of the final design for your approval. Any changes will be implemented before the going live stage.

Going Live

In the Going Live stage, I'll carry out all the necessary steps to ensure your website is error free. I'll then go though my final checklist to make sure nothing is missed off and everything is perfect. I'll also make sure your website is submitted to Google and will make sure your website is visible in the search engines. Then it's time for taking care.

Taking Care

The taking care stage is all about looking after your site with one of my Care Plans. For your website to thrive, updates and maintenance is essential. With one of my Care Plans I'll take care of all ongoing updates to your website so it continues to run smoothly. And if you need assistance with anything at any time, you can just contact support.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I choose you to design my website?

As a small creative business owner myself, and being married to a business owner too, I understand the struggles that small businesses go through.

I have more than 20 years of experience and I won't just be a designer, I'll be a mentor, a partner, a friend. You pour your heart and soul into your business and I will do the same to your website.

I am always available to answer any of your questions.

Which payment gateways do you support?

Websites I create include e-commerce and will have PayPal, Stripe and Bank transfer pre-installed and will be supported. Additional payment gateways can be installed by yourself but they will not be supported.

Will the website work well on mobile devices?

Yes. It's of paramount importance that your website works well on mobile devices and any updates you make to your website content in future will automatically appear on mobile too.

Can I track visitor traffic to my site?

Yes. You can see a huge amount of information about visitors to your site as Google Analytics will be pre-installed and it does top notch reporting. You will need a Google account to use Google Analytics and I will install and set this up once your site is up and running.

Do you design Shopify sites?

No. I specialise and focus on WordPress sites.

What's the difference between you and Shopify?

Shopify is a click and go e-commerce solution that requires you to do all the design, setup and maintenance of your site yourself. I design and customise a bespoke website to reflect your brand and business, and I build it for you and your customers needs so you can concentrate on running your business. There are no restrictions or limitations with a WordPress website, other than what you choose to implement.

How much does a websites cost?

A typical (non-ecommerce )website would require an investment starting from £1,950 and there are two payment options available.

Option A - 2 Payments:
The 2 Payment option requires a 50% advance payment before the project begins, followed by the remaining 50% before the project goes live.

Option B - 10 Payments:
The 10 payment option requires a £500 non-refundable advance payment followed by 9 additional payments of the remaining amount, payable each month.

* All prices include VAT at 20%, are subject to change and are dependent on your individual project requirements

Can I cancel at any time?

If you cancel within 12 months, you forfeit your website and if you choose to pay using the 10 Payments option, you must give 2 months notice. If you cancel after 12 months, I will assist you in migrating your website to a new hosting provider.

What if I don't want an online shop?

That's fine. Not everyone wants or needs an Ecommerce solution for their website. Get in touch with your requirements and we can discuss the best solution and a price.

Are you able to add all of my products?

Websites I create include up to 25 products added to your online shop. This includes images and copy supplied by you. If you would like more products added, get in touch and we can discuss a price based on the amount of products you require adding and the time required to implement this work.

I have lots of pages, are you able to create them all?

Websites I create include up to five pages created. If you would like more pages created, get in touch and we can discuss a price based on the amount of pages you require creating and the time required to implement this work.

Are there any separate setup costs?

No, all costs are incorporated into your project investment.

What credit cards do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.
